How do I track my shipment?
When your shipment is booked you'll get a tracking number by email. Click "Track a parcel" at the top of any page, enter the number, and you'll see its current status.
How long does delivery take?
Air freight: 1–5 business days. Ocean freight: 15–45 days depending on the route. Road freight: 1–10 days. Express courier: next day to 3 days.
Is my cargo insured in transit?
Yes. All shipments are covered by our cargo insurance policy. Enhanced cover is available for high-value goods; ask your account manager for details.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. Our customs team prepares the documents and handles duties and clearance at origin and destination.
What can't I ship?
Explosives, illegal drugs, live animals (without special arrangement), perishables without proper packaging, and anything the destination country prohibits.
